Absolutely, we make lots of different custom pieces for our clients. Please enquire about our basci bespoke service here.

Our bespoke service starts from AUD $1,500 and has an eight to twelve week lead time after design confirmation. We do not offer any exchanges or returns for our bespoke pieces. 

We only work with high quality, forever lasting materials. Our basci pieces are made for daily wear and are intended to last. We only work with 18k solid gold, and naturally sourced precious stones.

All of our diamonds are ethically sourced stones, with a FGH colour range and VS-SI clarity. Please note that the diamond shape, size, colour and weight may slightly differ from stone to stone - this is what makes natural diamonds so beautiful and unique! All of our basci pieces are all handmade and there might be a slight difference from one piece to another.

All of our basci diamonds are conflict-free. We only source our precious stones from our respected and trusted suppliers who are all in compliance with the United Nations Kimberley Process. The United Nations Kimberly Process is the highest standard of ethical sourcing, and is an international certification scheme that a united group of governments, non-governmental organizations, and the United Nations established in 2003 that regulates the trade of rough diamonds and prevents the flow of conflict diamonds.

Our team of highly skilled gemologists, jewellers and artisans ensure that each diamond goes through a thorough vetting process, which involves handpicking and quality-checking of each diamond. 

Due to the dainty nature of a lot of our fine jewellery pieces, basci uses many melee diamonds to curate our final piece. The term melee is used to describe smaller diamonds which, typically, do not hold a certification. Melee diamonds are sorted by colour and clarity. For our basci fine jewellery line, rest assured that each of our diamonds meet a criteria of a colour rating of at least H, and a clarity rating between VS-SI. For any stones with a carat weight of over 0.3ct, we will only use GIA Certified diamonds, which will be accompanied with a GIA Certification for you to keep. 

As our bespoke pieces are curated to your needs, we will collaborate in order to assist you with selecting a stone that is perfect for you – taking into consideration your personal requirements, your design elements and budget. We will also talk you through the importance of the 4 C’s – the diamond cut, colour, clarity and carat. 

At this stage, we are solely focused on natural stones.

For bespoke pieces, we are able to explore alternative options such as lab grown. Please enquire about our basci bespoke service here.

As our pieces are made to order, please allow at least six weeks until you receive your piece. We have included an estimated timeline in the description of each individual piece.

For our basci bespoke service, it will take at least eight weeks, depending on the piece.

You are welcome to reach out to our Customer Care team at any time throughout the process in order to check-in on the progress of your basci piece, and we we will be happily provide you with an update.

If you urgently need your piece, please try to let us know as soon as possible. Please be mindful that handcrafting each basci piece requires time, precision, and a strict attention to detail, and as such we may not be able to meet every urgent request. We are unfortunately unable to cancel or change any orders once placed. This is because each of our pieces are made to order and have an extensive production timeline.

We do however understand that mistakes can happen, and if you have incorrectly listed any sizing details or need to change your address, please email us as soon as you can so we can amend your order.

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver Australia-wide.

We want you to be in love with your purchase, however, as each piece is made to order and bespoke in nature, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or refunds. Please consider this prior to placing an order.

We do understand that sometimes mistakes are sometimes made, and so are happy to assist with resizing for an incorrect size within 7-days of receiving your order. Please note that this service may incur a resizing fee.

We will deliver your basci piece via Australia Post.

Once your basci piece has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation outlining order details, delivery details and your unique tracking number which you can use to track your delivery. 

Please note that due to the high value of our basci pieces, and for piece of mind, all of our orders will require signature upon delivery. All of our basci mailing parcels are unbranded from the outside to ensure they remain discrete.
